WELCOME
This is my sixth year at SMA. I have taught a number of electives and all levels of English (except 10th grade). This year will be the first year that I am not teaching senior English and my first year teaching AP. It is going to be different, but then every year is. I look forward to the adventures we are going to have together. Hope all had a great summer and are ready to learn.

i like the pitch and the pendulum story by Edgar Allen Poe he is such a great writer i like how the main story is about religion and how if your against certain beliefs you are punished for believeing in something else

I love Edgar Allen Poe but personally I thing that The tell tale heart was my favorite by him. It was intresting and an amazing read, it was like a tv in my head. XD

The Bell Jar was an interesting book.The Beginning very good. Middle was slow and becoming uninteresting. I trudge thru and it got a bit better towards to end.

The Good Earth was very touching and realistic of how a man destroyed his life due to his selfish whims. His careless desires ruined his wife and childrens’ lives that will bring you to tears.
